Darwin Brown, MPH, PA-C, joined the Physician Assistant Program as academic director. Brown brings a wealth of clinical and education experience. As a PA for more than 30 years, Brown is esteemed by PA colleagues across the country. He has been a PA educator for more than 20 years and most recently served as assistant director for the ARC-PA, the PA profession’s accrediting agency. The University anticipates matriculating its first PA class in August 2019, pending achieving Accreditation – Provisional status at the March 2019 ARC-PA meeting.
