The physician assistant program continues its development. The accreditation application will be submitted in July and an accreditation site visit is planned for October 2018. The Centralized Application Service for PAs (CASPA) opened on April 26 for the class anticipated to matriculate in fall 2019, pending a successful accreditation decision. The program is pleased to report that the early application numbers are very strong and it anticipates having a rich and competitive pool of applicants for its first cohort of 24 students.
