Alexander Roedlach, PhD, associate professor in the Department of Cultural and Social Studies, was invited by the Division of Social & Cultural Psychiatry at McGill University to give a presentation on December 10 on a theme he highlighted in his recent book publication Transforming Lives: Health Initiatives in Faith Communities. He was asked to speak about the positive impact of health ministries within faith communities, particularly Faith Community Nursing, on the emotional health of individuals and communities.
