Pharmacy Students Learn to Build Relationships with Their Pre-Pharmacy Students

Katie Sandquist a second-year PharmD candidate, Christa Taylor a third-year PharmD candidate in the School of Pharmacy and Health Professions along with Marielle Wong and Cat Palmer, pre-pharmacy undergraduate students at the Creighton University, published in Student Pharmacist Magazine (a publication of the American Pharmacists Association, APhA) on “Building Relationships with Pre-pharmacy students.” This article highlights the growing relationship between the Creighton University APhA-ASP Chapter and our undergraduate Pre-Pharmacy Club.

Building partnerships with pre-professional students is an opportunity to reflect on the PharmD students own journey in pharmacy and mentor those who will one day follow in their footsteps.
