The School of Pharmacy and Health Professions (SPAHP) is pleased to announce Professor Gu Kunru, visiting scholar from Guangzhou University of Chinese Traditional Medicine (TCM), Guangzhou, China.
Professor Gu of Guangzhou TCM will be on campus for an advanced training in rehabilitation until August 2020. Guangzhou TCM is one of SPAHP’s partner institutions in China. Students and faculty from Guangzhou TCM have participated in the Creighton Rehabilitation International Summer Program (CRISP) to obtain a master degree in rehabilitation. Professor Gu has participated in CRISP as a lead teacher two years ago. Guangzhou TCM values the partnerships with SPAHP and Creighton and welcomes our students for clinical experience at its institution and affiliated hospitals and medical centers.
The one year training includes sitting-in courses, observation of clinical practice and participation of faculty scholarly activities, among other activities.
