Jacqueline N. Font-Guzmán, JD, PhD, director and professor of the Negotiation and Conflict Resolution program, Department of Interdisciplinary Studies, Graduate School, had an OpEd article published in the Omaha World Herald on July 31, “Midlands Voices: Puerto Rican’s Don’t Need More U.S. Government Help.” The article addresses the resistance movement happening now in Puerto Rico.
