Pharmacy Faculty Publish on Interprofessional Telehealth

Kimberley Begley, PharmD, associate professor of Pharmacy Practice; Karen O’Brien, PharmD, associate professor of Pharmacy Sciences; Katie Packard, PharmD, professor of Pharmacy Practice and director of interprofessional education passport in the Center of Interprofessional Practice, Education and Research (CIPER); Shana Castillo, PharmD, associate professor in Pharmacy Practice; Ann Ryan Haddad, PharmD, professor in Pharmacy Practice; Kalin Johnson, PharmD, assistant professor in Pharmacy Practice; Kelli Coover, PharmD, associate professor in Pharmacy Practice; and Amy Pick, PharmD, professor in Pharmacy Practice; published in the American Journal of Pharmaceutical Education May 2019 edition entitled, Impact of Interprofessional Telehealth Case Activities on Students’ Perceptions of Their Collaborative Care Abilities.

The objective was to describe the development, implementation and assessment of simulated interprofessional education (IPE) telehealth activities with faculty from pharmacy and physician assistant schools.
