Sean Watts, JD, LLM, professor of law, attended the U.S. Cyber Command Annual Legal Conference on March 7 in greater Washington, D.C. The event included representatives from the U.S. defense, state, law enforcement and intelligence agencies, as well as international and private-sector professionals. Watts spoke on international legal implications of resorting to concealed operations in cyberspace.
