National Jesuit Student Leadership Conference (NJSLC)
The Creighton Students Union (CSU), Freshman Leadership Program (FLP) and Inter Residence Hall Government (IRHG) attended the National Jesuit Student Leadership Conference (NJSLC) at Le Moyne University July 18-21. The 2018 NJSLC theme ‘Ignite Your Magis’ was intentionally created by focusing on the Ignatian principles of action-oriented dialogue, speakers and future steps. NJSLC delegates from the Jesuit universities had the opportunity to come together, engage in dialogue about critical issues and form relationships to assist them in their leadership roles. This year, six students from CSU and FLP were selected to present on various leadership topics to their peers from the other 27 Jesuit institutions. These students included: Patrick Marta, Maddie Tagaloa, Karli Sugar, Jessie Lee, Ethan Elumba and Ryan King. For details regarding their presentations, please visit the CSU website.
