Nursing Faculty Present at National Pediatric Nurse Practitioners Conference

College of Nursing faculty Meghan Potthoff, PhD, and Jacqueline Hanks, DNP, presented at the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners’ (NAPNAP) 38th National Conference on Pediatric Health Care in Chicago.

Their talk “Is it Cancer or is it Nothing?” outlined five real-life exemplars of patients that presented with vague clinical symptoms, such as a rash or constipation, but ultimately were diagnosed with central nervous system tumors, lymphoma, and bone malignancies.
