Morse Involved in Several Publications

Ed MOrseEdward Morse, JD, the McGrath North Mullin and Kratz endowed chair in business law and president of the University faculty has been involved in the works of several publications including:

  • Publications:
    • “Important Developments in Federal Income Tax (2017),” Morse’s Continuing Legal Education (CLE) materials for the Great Plains Tax Institute, have reached “top-ten download” status on SSRN with more 100 downloads to date.
  • Presentations:
    • On Jan. 23, Morse spoke to the Legatus Chapter of New Orleans on the subject of “Redeeming the Culture: Private Ordering Together.” Legatus is the world’s premier membership organization for Catholic business leaders committed to learn, live and spread the Catholic faith.
    • On Jan. 26-27, Morse served as program chair for the American Bar Association’s Cyberspace Law Institute, a CLE program held in Atlanta. Morse served as moderator for the program “Operationalizing Cyber Risk” and co-chaired the committee on Non-US Cyber Regulation with David Flint of Glasgow, Scotland.
