Edward Morse, JD, professor of law, McGrath, North, Mullin and Kratz endowed chair in business law and president of the University faculty, presented “Important Developments in Federal Income Taxation” at the Great Plains Federal Tax Institute’s continuing legal education (CLE) seminar on Nov. 30 at the Embassy Suites in Omaha’s Old Market. On Dec. 8, Morse presented on the South Dakota Bar Tax Update in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
