Four faculty, Sara Banzhaf, Becky Davis, Jenna S. Woster, Kandis McCafferty and Chaplain S. Candice Tucci, OSF, attended and participated in the Commitment to Justice in Jesuit Higher Education, Through the Eye of the Needle, Aug. 10-13 at Seattle University. Together they presented at a break-out session their research on the integration of spirituality in an Accelerated Nursing Curriculum. It was highlighted through the model and crosswalk how the nursing vocation is a vocation of justice and service. This conference was sponsored by the AJCU National Steering Committee on the Commitment to Justice in Higher Education.
